It's Working Out

WELCOME! We love new faces at It's Working Out.  Here's the skinny on our studio to help you feel at home:

  • If our lot is full, there is street parking on Stanley, Eastern & Morris. Across Stanley is a community lot-the one with LINED & PAVED spaces. Please do not use gravel lot of the unlined lot next to Stanley's Pub.

  • Please dress in comfortable workout clothes (yoga pants, shorts, etc.). Please bring a mat for the stretch and golf formats. We sell bottled water for $1 and have filtered water available to fill your bottle in both studios. For your safety and the studio's cleanliness, please change into your workout shoes upon arrival.

  • Your safety and comfort are of our utmost concern. When the floor gets wet and/or dirty, it becomes slippery and is not an ideal environment for you and for others. Also, we strive to keep the cleanest environment we can. Please be mindful of this policy.

  • Take advantage of our New Client Intro Offers. If you purchase the Small Group Personal Training offer, reserve your 3 sessions from our schedule page. If you purchase Personal Training, call, text or email us several days/times you can meet for your first session and we will confirm. If you purchase the Titleist Performance Assessment, reserve a time from the green square at top right of website, or call, text or email with several days/times you have a 45 minute window.   • This is a great idea if you regularly attend the same sessions. The software opens up registrations at set intervals, so book as far out as it allows.

  • Please be respectful when reserving SGPT and Golf Performance sessions. All cancellations must be made online 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. However, please cancel as soon as you realize your plans have changed. Failure to provide 12 hours notice will result in losing the session and/or incurring the late cancel or no show charge.

    To cancel a reservation, go to MY ACCOUNT tab, login then go to MY INFO, MY SCHEDULE & CANCEL button next to reservation you wish to cancel. Private training has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

  • YES, we would love to create a unique and awesome experience for your group. We can help you decide the best format to suit your group's interests and fitness levels. Need a themed workout? Let our creative trainers design the playlist and exercises with your input! Have a business group? Sweatworking is the new Networking....get fit, have fun and forgo the steak dinner and martinis....or do both:)

  • Yes! We make it easy to buy a gift of fun and fitness! Click HERE -and choose amount you would like. Then you can add a personal message and select from several designs. There are options to print from your computer or to email the gift card to the recipient.

    How awesome is that?....It IS Working Out.:) Or contact us and we can get you a gift card via mail or pickup.

  • Our clients, members and trainers are awesome! We will all help you feel right at home.

    Please work within your comfort zone. Your safety and progress is very important to us. We will show and suggest modifications, do NOT be too proud to modify exercises. Remember, that we all have different starting points and the progress YOU make is what is important!

  • Word is out-our workouts are fun and effective! Every once in a while we have a waitlist. When you attempt to reserve a spot in a full session online, our software will ask if you want to be added to the waitlist. If you click "Yes," it will show you where you stand on the waitlist. (i.e. you are #1 on waitlist). If a spot becomes available before the session, you will receive an email from us confirming you are in. (Make sure you are opted in for our emails.) We assume you want to attend the workout if you are waitlisted, so please check your email and cancel any reservation or waitlist spot you can no longer attend. Once this auto email is generated, your reservation is treated like all of our other reservations (12 hour cancellation applies). Make sure you are opted in to receive our emails and that your cell phone number is in our system (login to check your account details) Note, reservations will be held for 5 minutes after the session start time. At that time any reservation may be released to someone on the waitlist of standby.

    Please note, if you are on waitlist and a spot does not open, your session pass will not be used.

  • Tighter clothes work best for accurate measurements. Ladies, we suggest yoga pants with no detail (ties, mesh inserts, etc) and a sports bra or tight tank top. Men, to ensure the best results, we suggest no shirt and compression shorts or boxer briefs.

  • You can schedule via the links on our website once your preferred option has been purchased. Or, email us at info@itsworkingout.com with several days/times you are available for 20 minutes.
