Our trainers hold some of the industry's most respected certifications: NASM Personal Training, NSCA Strength Training, ACE Personal Training, ACE Group Exercise, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. We all hold certificates of training from TRX and several of us have completed the high level TRX Sports Medicine Training to better help our clients post surgery, post rehab or with injury prevention. Our rowing instructors have completed certifications from WaterRower in Shockwave and IndoRow (indoor rowing) We push you to work hard, but we also customize class to suit individual participant's needs.
Got a bum shoulder? We'll give you modifications. The instability of the TRX will help strengthen your shoulder girdle.
Released from physical therapy after an ACL repair? We will assist you in progressing your routine at a rate that works for you.
Did your chiropractor tell you to strengthen your core to help reduce your back pain? No problem! The TRX is "All core, all the time." We will encourage you to start at a level that is best for you and to progress as you gain strength.
