Meet The Trainers

Kristen McAuliffe,
NASM-CPT/CES
While in college, Kristen ran for The University of Notre Dame's cross country and track and field teams and developed her passion for biomechanics from a professor of Human Musculoskeletal Anatomy. After graduating, she missed the team environment during her workouts, so she became certified to teach group fitness classes. Seeing the positive impact exercise had on her students, she gave up her job in medical equipment sales, became certified as a personal trainer and started It's Working Out.
Kristen has been certified since 1993 and continuously seeks to improve her knowledge of injury prevention, post rehab exercise, sports specific training and core strength benefits. Her knowledge, combined with a positive and professional attitude, help make her one of Cincinnati's premier personal trainers.
